Terms & Conditions for transfers
BOOKINGS
Shall be made in writing and will be validated after payment.
All payments shall be made (in advance) by bank transfer or credit card. After processing the
reservation and payment, a confirmation will be sent by email.
Clients are asked to carefully check the details of the confirmation and let us know by return
if the booking does not reflect their requirements (the details of which must be carefully
checked and read through)
When booking the Transfer, you are requested to declare the number of pieces of luggage
You will be carrying.
One piece of luggage is considered to be
A medium to large-sized backpack
An average suitcase, whether it’s a carry-on or checked-in type (volume not to exceed 100lt)
Each person can bring 1 backpack + 1 suitcase up to 100 lt + 1 carry-on. An extra fee may
be charged if you exceed this limit.
If you have additional items such as baby carriages, pet carriers, sports equipment, foldable
wheelchairs, musical instruments, etc. you must add a note to the booking describing them.
Also, an extra fee may be charged in these cases.
If you are traveling with children, you must indicate the age of the same, so that we can
provide the appropriate seat adaptors.
An extra fee of 5€ for each one will be charged.
By Portuguese Law, children under 12 years of age and less than 135 cm in height: must
use an approved ‘restraint system’ suitable for their height and weight. Using seat belts
alone is not sufficient. They must be secured in the back seat of the vehicle, except if the
child is less than 3 years old. In that case 1) the child may occupy a front (passenger) seat in
the vehicle equipped with a special child safety seat that faces towards the rear of the
vehicle, and 2) the safety airbag must be disabled for that vehicle’s front seat.
PRIVACY POLICY
To book your transfer, you need to provide us with some information such as your personal
details and contact points (email – mobile), the pickup place, date and time, your place of
destination, flight number in case you arrive by plane, the number of passengers and their
pieces of luggage to arrange for the right vehicle.
The Company fully complies with the General Data Protection Regulation.
WAITING TIME
The driver will be waiting for you at the pick-up place.
The waiting time will be, counting from the scheduled pick-up time:
Airport: 60 minutes
Port, Train Station, Bus Station: 30 minutes
Other pickups (incl. Sightseeing Rides): 15 minutes
It is important to have a way of contacting the driver if something unexpected happens.
If you exceed the waiting time, the driver may not be able to operate the transfer or an extra
fee may be charged.
CANCELATION POLICY
Clients can cancel transfers up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, with a full refund.Less than 24 hours, or in case of no show-up, is a non-refundable transfer.
Tours
SERVICES & OBLIGATIONS
All tours are carried out in air-conditioned vehicles with a capacity for 4 or 8 passengers and
free WiFi internet.
All tours are subject to availability and will be carried out with a minimum of, 2
passengers/tour.
Exceptions can be made on request and are subject to availability.
(Regular and non-hazardous) pets are accepted, as long as they comply with security
regulations and don’t cause any damage to the vehicle.
The Company reserves the right to make changes to the tours, with or without prior notice, in
case of force majeure.
The Company is not liable, nor can be held accountable for any delays caused by traffic,
weather conditions, acts of terrorism, or strike actions.
The Company is not liable for the loss, theft of, or damage to any personal belongings
brought by its customers during the trip.
Smoking or consumption of alcohol and drugs (including possession) is not allowed inside
the vehicle.
The Company reserves the right to refuse passengers who are under the influence of
alcohol or drugs, or whose behavior is considered hazardous to the driver, or could cause
damages to the vehicle.
The Company is closed for business on Christmas Day (25/12) and New Year’s Day (01/01).

In case of force majeure, the company reserves the right to cancel reservations up to 48
hours in advance, upon full refund of the amount paid by the customer.
The pickup and drop-off will be made at the customer’s accommodation, provided it is
located in Lisbon. For other locations, an extra fee may apply.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUND
Cancellations must be made in writing.Cancellations up to 7 days before the tour will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations hereafter or no-show are non-refundable.
The Company will only cancel tours where circumstances are beyond our control or might
jeopardize your safety. In the event we have to cancel your tour we will notify you as soon as
possible and you will be refunded in full.
SAFETY
Passengers must remain in their seats, with seat belts duly fastened and in place, whilst the
vehicle is moving.
The Company complies with safety and hygiene practices within Covid-19 and has the Clean
& Safe certificate, awarded by Tourism of Portugal.
The Company is fully licensed and insured as required by Portuguese Law for tourism and
transport activities. Proof of this can be made available, upon request.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This legal notice and all confirmed tour bookings are governed by and construed in
accordance with Portuguese law.
PRIVACY POLICY
The Company fully complies with the General Data Protection Regulation and is committed
to protecting and disclosing personal data.
The Terms & Conditions can only be disregarded if previously agreed upon by both parties
and laid down in writing.
All rates are exclusive or inclusive of Value Added Tax (V.A.T.) and other government
charges
At all times, the version of the Terms & Conditions effective at the time the Assignment was
established will apply.
COMPLAINTS
The Company has a Complaints Book.
We shall try our utmost to provide a happy and fulfilling holiday, but if we fail in any way, do
please raise any issue with us immediately. If your complaint cannot be satisfied or if it is not
dealt with to your satisfaction at the time of reporting it to us, then you should give us full
details in writing, immediately at your earliest convenience or upon your return.
